Elysium – The Pinnacle of ‘Lifestyle Living’ on the Central Coast
Thanks to flawless work efforts on previous projects completed for Central Real, Betta Balustrades were successfully awarded the exclusive balustrade contract for the Elysium Penthouse Project at Terrigal.
Initially, Betta Balustrades were tasked with supplying and installing frameless glass balustrades to every balcony in all 6 individual apartment blocks. This work soon opened up to encompass several additional contracts for specialist work on the Elysium Penthouse Project.
Frameless Glass Pool Fencing
Betta Balustrades were tasked with making a resort-style pool and spa area compliant with Australian and BCA standards. The team used 12mm clear, toughened glass (locally sourced), supported by marine-grade stainless steel spigots.
The flexibility to adapt to individual project needs is a key part of Betta Balustrades’ success. “We not only manufacture fencing but also balustrades, gates, louvres and privacy screens, and we also do our own powdercoating” said Adam.
Privacy Screens
This aspect of the project included both the manufacture and installation of top-of-line, maintenance-free, powder coated aluminium privacy screens to all lower courtyards and pool areas. Betta Balustrades delivered this using a pool-compliant system, featuring a uniquely manufactured product – powder coated woodland grey aluminium posts, with 65x16mm horizontal slats each with a 9mm gap.
Upmarket Underground Parking
Betta Balustrades worked alongside the Central Construct design team to create an upmarket storage solution for the underground carpark. Manufactured from vertical 19x19mm aluminium RHS 40x40mm support rails, complete with fully-welded gates leading to individual car park storage compartments, or cages.
Optional Extras
During the conclusion of the Elysium Penthouse Project at Terrigal, Betta Balustrades staff worked to resolve any minor design extras for Central Construct. This included front awnings and frosted glass privacy screens, to name a few.
